Prices aren’t listed because many items can be customized in size, material, and quantity, making pricing options nearly endless. This approach ensures that every project is uniquely tailored to your specific needs.

 

Do I pay now or later?

I structure the payment process to balance clarity and progress. A 50% deposit of the total order is collected once the final design is approved, whether it’s the design for your print materials or when I am ready to start the website project. This initial deposit solidifies your commitment and allows me to begin production or development. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, ensuring you have ample opportunity to review and approve the final work.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

For print projects, once the design is approved, the turnaround time is approximately 5 business days from the approval date. While I strive to meet this timeline, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as production or supply delays, may occasionally extend the turnaround time. Rest assured, you will be promptly notified of any delays should they occur.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE PROOFS BEFORE PRINTING?

Yes, I offer digital proofs to ensure the design meets your expectations before proceeding to print. Any adjustments can be made during the proofing stage.

 

What is a proof?

A proof is evidence showing that something is correct or true. For print, it’s a sample of your design—like a business card, flyer, or banner—shared for review before final production. It helps ensure accuracy and lets you make changes if needed.

 

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PRINT QUANTITY?

Our minimum print run requirements vary by project type. Contact us with your project details, and we’ll provide information tailored to your order.

 

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED PRINTING SERVICES?

If you’re in a rush, let me know. While our standard turnaround is as stated in your project’s timeline, expedited services may be available at an additional cost.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

For web design projects, site development will commence upon receipt of the initial payment (50% deposit) and typically takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the project. While I strive to maintain this timeline, unforeseen circumstances, such as technical challenges or unexpected revisions, may occasionally extend the turnaround time. Rest assured, you will be promptly notified of any delays should they occur.

 

IS THERE A MONTHLY CHARGE FOR WEBSITES?

No, I don’t charge a monthly fee. Instead, I offer a one-time, set price for the website design. After the first year, there’s a $75 annual fee to cover domain renewal, SSL certificate, maintenance, and web hosting.
 

If you already own your domain and are actively paying for it, the annual fee drops to $50 to cover SSL, maintenance, and hosting only.

 

WILL I OWN THE WEBSITE?

You will own the domain name (e.g., yourwebsite.com) and any materials you provide, like photos or videos. The Designer retains ownership of the website's code, design, and visual assets. Due to copyright restrictions, certain materials cannot be transferred.

 

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR WEBSITE UPDATES?

The website package includes up to one hour of free website updates each year. If additional updates are needed, they’re available at $35 per hour, billed in one-hour increments, for modifications or enhancements requiring 30 minutes or more in a given month.
